our mission

Hexagon is a non-profit aimed to empower and support womxn and non-binary folx in UX through community, events, and mentorship.

Closing the gap

Hexagon goes beyond the traditional UX event and integrates interpersonal and soft skills training. We take pride in creating a safe, inclusive space to learn, exchange ideas, empower and inspire each other.

Examples of topics we cover include negotiation tips, mental health, self-care, balancing motherhood and leveling up.

what our community is saying

β€œBy the end of the mentorship and school program, I was celebrating the two job offers I had received with my mentor. She gave me an outside perspective and an extra push that was needed and made me feel secure amidst the chaos of career transitioning.”
